EP 100: The 4 Most Important Lessons I’ve Learned About Starting a Podcast
Oh hello there, my rad entrepreneur friend,
and welcome to the Feel Good Social Podcast!
Happy 100th episode of the Feel Good Social Podcast!! I can’t even believe that we are officially 100 episodes in my friend!!! And let me tell you. . . after two years of podcasting (and over 30k downloads), I’ve got a list of lessons learned. So in today’s episode, I’m sharing with you some of the most important lessons I’ve learned during this podcasting journey (so far) and some helpful tips. So if you’ve been toying around with the idea of starting your own podcast, or if you’re in a season of your business where you feel like you are just struggling to make this entrepreneurship thing work, definitely grab some earbuds and hit play on this episode!
I cover:
+ Why I even decided to start a podcast in the first place
+ How, in the beginning, I really struggled with perfectionism and what I’ve done to help overcome it
+ What “being consistent” really means to me and how I don’t let certain things in my business diminish the other important priorities in my life (anymore).
+ How I’ve learned to face one of my biggest fears (criticism) and how it’s helped me immensely grow as a person
+ And how taking action and starting this journey almost two years ago has helped boost my confidence. Not only in who I am as a person, but also in who I am as an entrepreneur.
